INTRODUCTION

General Information

The conference will be held at Rare Earth international Hotel，Baotou, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, P. R. China, in August 2007. It is organized by The Chinese Society of Rare Earths (CSRE) and Baotou National Rare-Earth Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone Administration Committee.

ICRE is a series of international rare earth conference organized by The Chinese Society of Rare Earths (CSRE). The 5th conference (ICRE-2007) will be held in 2007. The location of the conference is in Baotou.

It can be expected that many new developments will be acquired in the coming years. ICRE-2007 will offer an opportunity for the people in all walks of life related to rare earths to get together and to learn and exchange information about new research results, new ideas and to find new opportunities for R&D programs and cooperation. As a main producer and supplier of rare earth raw material and products, China is always interested in what is going on in the field of rare earths around the world. The Chinese Society of Rare Earths (CSRE) has the pleasure to host ICRE-2007, which will be a great gathering of global rare earth scientists, engineers and business executives. All the friends engaged in the field of rare earths and related scientific and industrial branches are warmly welcome to join us and to contribute to ICRE-2007.
